What is The Mirrormont Architectural Review Committee (“MARC”)?
MARC has various functions with main focus to allow for consistent application of the Covenants in order to maintain, protect, and enhance the value, desirability, attractiveness, and unique character of the Mirrormont community. You may contact MARC marc@mirrormont.org with the following:
Architectural Plans for your house, addition, deck, detached garage, storage, etc.
Fencing
Setbacks
Clear cutting property of all trees and shrubs
Unscreened RVs and Boats
Livestock and Poultry
Is the MCA an HOA?
