Trivia Night!

Hey Mirrormont neighbors! We’re putting your 2021 member dues to use and have the first few events of the year lined up! First up is Trivia Night on Friday, March 19th! We will have happy hour at 6:30 (recipe below for a Spring Cocktail or Mocktail to make with us) and prizes afterwards for the winners. Grapefruit & Mint Mojito

Makes 2 

INGREDIENTS:

3 tablespoons sugar

3 tablespoons water

20 sprigs fresh mint

4 tablespoons lime juice

Ice, as needed

2 oz white rum

2 oz grapefruit juice

4oz sparkling water

slices of grapefruit and sprigs of mint for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add sugar and water to a small saucepan. Bring to a summer and cook until sugar dissolves, 1-2 minutes. Set aside and cool.

2. Add mint and lime juice to each glass, and muddle to bring out the flavor of the mint.

3. Top each glass with ice.

4. Pour in rum and grapefruit juice, stir.

5. Top off each glass with sparkling water and garnish!
