Pre-competitive swim clinic (ages 8-16yrs)
In this clinic we will be focusing on refining the four major stroke crawl, back, breast & fly.While the refining is going so will the conditioning

Little Dippers A (ages 9-18 months) or Little Dippers B (ages 19-29 months)
This is just a must class to take! It's an introduction to the water that brings child and parent close together. It focuses on bonding & communication, water adjustment, front & back floating, an introduction to submersion and water prevention.

Water Polo 101 (ages 8-13 yrs)
In Water polo 101 we will be learning the fundamentals of water polo.How to swim & move like polo player. Dribble, pass and shoot a ball. Also learn a little about positions.

Swim lessons will run the following dates.
Monday through Thursday, four days a week with a total of 8 lessons a session.

e Session #3 July 21, 22, 24, 25, 28, 29, 30 & 31

e Session #5 August 18, 19, 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 & 28
Some sessions may be taken for one week with teacher’s permission**
